Taste of Europe Tours started 15 years ago when we took our first group of women to France to cook with Jill Wilcox, of Jill’s Table in London, Ontario.
Since then hundreds of guests have joined us on more than fifty tours with Jill to explore the culture and cuisine of Occitanie, Provence and the Loire Valley in France; Northern Portugal; Sicily and Tuscany in Italy and Southwest Ireland and Basque Spain

Carved by the Atlantic, decorated with picturesque hills and lakes and dotted with lively villages, southwest Ireland delivers the perfect setting for one of Jill’s newest tours. The coastal scenery is some of the most magnificent in Europe while Cork City, colourful and charming regional capital, has been Europe’s City of Culture. Our tour home will be in an 18th century Georgian manor on the edge of the storybook Killarney National Park, just steps from the friendly village of Killarney, around the corner from the fabled Dingle Peninsula. Join Jill Wilcox on her next visit to Italy’s irresistible wine country, a region full of cultural riches and astonishing beauty. We’ll stay in a traditional Tuscan farmhouse just south of Florence.
