Jill Wilcox is adding a new destination to her culinary tour of Europe, and you mustn’t miss this chance to see it with her! In September 2025 we’ll visit the Basque Country of northern Spain, one of the food capitals of the world, an exotic cultural mecca, an area of great natural beauty… All the ingredients for a memorable holiday.
Home for the week will be a 200 year old villa situated near the Bay of Biscay between Bilbao and San Sebastian. We’ll be close to both, and to the fishing villages that line the Atlantic coast, to legendary restaurants, to wineries, to historic sites and dreamy landscapes. Food will be our focus, though, and classes with Jill and guest chefs will highlight every day. This Basque region draws travellers from everywhere, more every year – isn’t it time to find out why?
